We will be performing an Operating System upgrade on our shared mail server Mail14, Sunday morning (12/15/2019) beginning at 12 A.M. Central.
This will be an inplace upgrade so all customer data will be retained. We anticipate this will generate no more than 15-30 minutes of unavailability per server during this process. During this maintenance process, email services hosted on these servers will be temporarily unavailable for short sections of time as the server upgrades are conducted.
