Identified -
Unfortunately it seems the OS disk is corrupt on NT41 & NT42. We are beginning to restore from backups. Restoring from backups can take some time, depending on the amount of data to be restored.

We are aware of some issues with servers NT41 and NT42 Our teams are investigating a possible OS corruption preventing boot.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating internal functionality of our WCP VPS management tools. VPS and site management through WCP are degraded at this time. We will update this status when the cause of the incident is identified, and remedied.
While site and server management through WCP is effected, connectivity to customer sites and services has not been degraded at this time.
