Update 3:09PM CST: We have begun the process of importing all databases into a fresh MySQL installation to avert the corrupted InnoDB tablespace as previous efforts to repair have not been successful. Databases on MySQL23 will remain in read-only during this time, but should still be accessible. When the transfer is complete we will update this status.
The MySQL23 / mysql23.ezhostingserver.com shared database server is currently undergoing emergency maintenence due to tablespace errors with the InnoDB engine. Some downtime for websites with databases on this server is occurring as a result of the problem, however we are working to fix this issue as quickly as possible.
The server is occasionally being brought-up in read-only mode during troubleshooting. Read-only mode ensures data is retained while we repair the issue, however it prevents changes to any database on the server in the meantime. This is why your website may be up but experiencing unique errors.

We have been informed by our uplink provider that they are going to perform urgently needed network maintenance on our uplink group in Ashburn, Virginia. This maintenance is required to correct issues that are causing network stability upstream to our public networks, that will be resolved post-maintenance.
With this maintenance, we have been informed that it will be necessary to logically break, then reestablish the uplink group, which will incur a brief outage. The outage is anticipated to be short, and we will be monitoring the maintenance task throughout its duration.

We will be performing a Major update to the SmarterMail service on Saturday evening (3/7/2020) beginning at 11:45 P.M. Central.
This will be a Major update to the Smartermail service and all customer data will be retained. We anticipate this will generate no more than 30-90 minutes of unavailability intermittently during this process. During this maintenance process, email services hosted on these servers will be temporarily unavailable for short sections of time as the SmarterMail updates are conducted.
