Shared Server Maintenance - Mail14

Server Maintenance for Mail14 has completed and all services have been confirmed to have resumed normal operations. If you are still experiencing website problems please contact support via the link below.

We will be performing an Operating System upgrade on our shared mail server Mail14, Sunday morning (12/15/2019) beginning at 12 A.M. Central.

This will be an inplace upgrade so all customer data will be retained. We anticipate this will generate no more than 15-30 minutes of unavailability per server during this process. During this maintenance process, email services hosted on these servers will be temporarily unavailable for short sections of time as the server upgrades are conducted.

We will be perfoming shared cPanel server maintenence on CP10 tonight, December 13th, 2019 beginning at 10:30PM Central Time.

During this period, websites and databases on this server may be briefly inaccessible, but as always we will work to ensure that downtime is reduced or eliminated if at all possible. An update will be posted to this notice once work has been completed.

Shared Storage Maintenance in Ashburn, VA December 8th, 2019 09:00PM Central

Update: This task has been rescheduled to Monday evening December 16th, 2019 due to a need to upgrade management applications and provide time to prove that they are in a stable state. The maintenance task will take place at the same time, and this status will be updated again when maintenance has completed.

Update: This task has been rescheduled to tomorrow evening Wednesday December 11th, 2019 due to a scheduling conflict. The maintenance task will take place at the same time tomorrow evening. This status will be updated again when maintenance has completed.

    Tomorrow evening, Tuesday December 9th, 2019, we will be performing routine SAN firmware updates on our SAN units in Ashburn, VA. These SAN controllers are fully redundant, and no issues or associated downtime is expected. The firmware upgrade will begin starting at 2100 Central and should take no more than 4 hours.
