Scheduled Maintenance for Mail02-P2 & Mail03-P2

Update: Smartermail minor update on Mail03-p2 and Mail02-p2 has completed and the service has been confirmed to have resumed normal operations. If you experience any problems after this update then please contact support via the link below.

We will be performing minor updates to SmarterMail on Saturday evening (1/18/2020) beginning at 11:45 P.M. Central.

This will be a minor update so all customer data will be retained. We anticipate this will generate no more than 30-60 minutes of unavailability intermittently during this process. During this maintenance process, email services hosted on these servers will be temporarily unavailable for short sections of time as the SmarterMail updates are conducted.

Selected OS Restarts Windows Server VPS' January 16th, 2020

    Today, Thursday January 16th, 2020, we will be performing unscheduled reboots to a select number of Windows Server VMs to resolve CPU issues that have occurred as a side effect of the Windows Update process. Microsoft has pushed out a patch to fix a critical vulnerability, and that patch has caused CPU consumption issues for a select number of customers that we are resolving now.

    For those effected, the reboot will be short, and sites and services will be back online quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are working not to see why this update has effected the operating system in this fashion, so this action will not be needed again in the future.

Shared cPanel Server Maintenance - CP17 - 1/15/2020 @ 10:30PM CST

UPDATE 2:20AM CST: All systems are back online as maintenance is completed. If you are still experiencing website problems please contact support via the link below.

We will be perfoming shared cPanel server maintenence on CP17 tonight, January 15th, 2020 beginning at 10:30PM Central Time.

During this period, websites and databases on this server may be briefly inaccessible, but as always we will work to ensure that downtime is reduced or eliminated if at all possible. An update will be posted to this notice once work has been completed.

Shared Storage Network Maintenance in Reading, UK January 7th, 2020

Update: This maintenance task has completed. The configuration changes were implemented without issue, and monitoring has indicated that no systems or services were impacted negatively. If you have any questions about this task, please contact support at the links below.

    Tomorrow evening, Tuesday January 7th, 2019, we will be performing configuration updates to the switching infrastructure that provides access to our SAN units in Reading, UK. These SAN network switches and controllers are fully redundant, and no issues or associated downtime is expected. The configuration change will begin starting at 2100 GMT (1500 Central-US) and should take no more than 30 minutes to change, with an additional 30 minutes to monitor.
