Scheduled Maintenance for Mail18

UPDATE: Smartermail Major update on Mail18 has completed and the service has been confirmed to have resumed normal operations. If you experience any problems after this update then please contact support via the link below.

We will be performing a Major update to the SmarterMail service on Friday evening (9/18/2020) beginning at 11:45 P.M. Central.

This will be a Major update to the Smartermail service and all customer data will be retained. We anticipate this will generate no more than 30-90 minutes of unavailability intermittently during this process. During this maintenance process, email services hosted on these servers will be temporarily unavailable for short sections of time as the SmarterMail updates are conducted.

Upstream Network Maintenance in Reading, UK September 14th, 2020

        We have been informed by our upstream providers in Reading, UK that they will be performing network maintenance on the uplink network fabrics within the datacenter that provide internet connectivity. The maintenance is taking place on the redundant pair of internet routers in order to update their firmware versioning. The router pair is fully redundant, and disruptions to internet connectivity are not expected, but this RSS is to sate that we will be monitoring the provider's progress during this task.

        This maintenance window will be taking place at the following times:
            Tuesday, September 14th, 2020
                UTC  2200 - 0200
                CDT  1700 - 2100  (UTC -5)

Upstream Network Maintenance in Reading, UK September 10th, 2020

        We have been informed by our upstream providers in Reading, UK that they will be performing network maintenance on the uplink network fabrics within the datacenter that provide internet connectivity. Their tasks are on redundant fabrics that should not effect upstream connectivity, but we are providing notice that these tasks are taking place, and that we will be in contact during the maintenance period to ensure that no detrimental tertiary effects impact our network connectivity. This maintenance is taking place on the second of two sets of redundnant fabrics. Once complete, this will conclude their restructuring tasks.

        This maintenance window will be taking place at the following times:
            Tuesday, September 10th, 2020
                BST  1730 - 1900  (UTC +1)
                UTC  1630 - 1800
                CDT  11030 - 1300  (UTC -5)
