Datacenter Fiber CX Maintenance Notice in Reading, UK May 25th, 2020 2000UTC

        We have received notice from our uplink provider in Reading, UK that they are going to performing maintenance on the fiber interconnects between fiber Reading, UK to an external datacenter in London, UK. This maintenance period is required to improve physical uplinks between the two datacenters, and should not impact data NOT destined to London, UK. This maintenance task should not cause issues, but we will be monitoring the maintenance task as it progresses just in case.

        The maintenance window for this task is as follows:
                   May 25, 2020

Datacenter Infrastructure Maintenance Notice in Ashburn, VA, US May 7th, 2020

        We have received notice from our uplink provider that they are going to perform routine infrastructure maintenance in our Ashburn, Virgina datacenter. This maintenance period is required to complete migrations to additional network uplinks to provide improved scalability.

        The maintenance window for this task is as follows:
                  May 7, 2020
                CDT:  0300-0500
                UTC:  0800-1000

        These changes are not being performed on Hostek infrastructure directly, and are not anticipated to create a service disruption, but we will be monitoring the maintenance task throughout its duration.

Scheduled Maintenance for Mail11

Update: Smartermail minor update on Mail11 has completed and the service has been confirmed to have resumed normal operations. If you experience any problems after this update then please contact support via the link below.

 

We will be performing minor updates to SmarterMail on Saturday evening (4/25/2020) beginning at 11:45 P.M. Central.

This will be a minor update so all customer data will be retained. We anticipate this will generate no more than 30-60 minutes of unavailability intermittently during this process. During this maintenance process, email services hosted on these servers will be temporarily unavailable for short sections of time as the SmarterMail updates are conducted.
